'Keep The Noise Down' was recorded live and direct from the mixing desk on the 'Less is More' acoustic tour 2009.

The Live Download Concept:

In 2008 The Happiness On The Road Live Series was launched, to record and release every show on every tour within days of the live show. The 2008 Happiness on the Road downloads proved so successful that we continued the series for the remainder of 2009 & into 2010.

'Keep The Noise Down' is a sampler CD featuring some of the best moments from the 'Less is More' acoustic tour. This CD is an ideal way to get a flavour of what to expect from the 'Less is More' live download Series.

Great sound, like you are sitting on the stage yourself. Great setlist with Hollow Man, Runaway, Ocean Cloud, 80 Days & CSB.

The audio quality is excellent and a faithful representation of a great gig. The 2nd part of the show featured many songs not previously played. A haunting performance of Hollow Man followed by an excellent Runaway start a great 2nd half. An impromptu Ocean Cloud segues into Cover My Eyes & it shows how great Marillion are at thinking on their feet. The audience would'nt sit down at the end & Marillion rewarded them with extra encores. A truly fantastic show.

Marillion live in a cave, how cool is that! And I understand a little cold as Mark asked for the heating to be turned up... Slightly different second half set list than some of the other shows, which included an old favourate Sugar Mice as well No One Can and Answering Machine. Sound quality is great and no hint of it being underground...
