We hope that wherever you are in the world you are enjoying this fine summer (or for our friends in the southern hemisphere we hope you have having a nice winter!)

As you know in 2011 we will be holding two Marillion Weekends. The main
"all singing all dancing" one is being held at Center Parcs in Holland in March
2011 and is already sold out with a waiting list of over 300 people!.

We will then be taking the shows to Montreal in April where there are still tickets available (see www.marillionweekend.com for details and be warned, this one is selling fast too).

We have been contacted by many disappointed UK fans who either couldn't afford to travel to Holland for the main convention or who couldn't get the time off work.

As we don't want too many people to miss out, we have contacted The Assembly in Leamington who have agreed to let us take over the place for 3 nights. So we have booked the dates of May 6th/7th/8th 2011 with the intention of staging a mini Marillion Weekend!

The set up of this weekend would be just like the Montreal one where you buy your concert ticket only for all three nights.

There will not be all the extras such as accommodation, quizzes, signing sessions etc that we have in Holland - this will simply give you a chance to see the 3 Marillion convention shows consecutively over 3 nights.

As with the Montreal Weekend, this is no-way considered by us to be a 'second best' - we just want to share the 3 nights of great music with as many people as we can. We do appreciate that there are many people all over the world who cannot make it to one of our weekends but we hope by adding a UK one that we can cater for a lot of our UK fans who have missed out on Holland for one reason or another.

We can't add anymore weekends to the list after this one as we need to concentrate on writing the next album and putting a tour together for late 2011/early 2012.

We will be selling the tickets on a first come, first served basis and there will only be 900 tickets available.

We expect the tickets for this to go on sale in October 2010.
